Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase, unless the item is marked as a preorder, in which case the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
Reimaginings is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. If your package is delayed, please use the tracking number provided to check status with the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Return Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.
